Origin is not a religion it pretends to be one to gain power. It is nothing more than slaves giving power to ascended beings through their worship. The powers that be that plucked us from the resistance and set us back in time don't care about the provisional government of Bajor. Bajor as far as they are concerned is enemy representing a greater threat than the Borg and Dominion combined. They are not going to like it but if I have to I can have you temporarily taken to the future so you can see just exactly why Bajor must be contained.
