Struggling to listen to her new tour guide, slowly decided to just look around. She had done her best to map the place through memory but that would only get her so far without repetition. She wasn't a fan of being called 'Newbies' but was to assume that merely was just a way for them to refer to freshmen, a sort of term of endearment. For the most part, it would appear she would be using the court yard. She wondered if there was a Zen garden or areas to practice her forms: knowing fully well that her long forms would not work efficiently in a small dormitory and she did not necessarily want an area for people to watch her and steal the secrets of Shaolin. her train of thought was cut off abruptly by the sudden burst of a young lady. They were quickly informed of a battle between the student council president and a mindless peon from a rival school. While it got her nerves pumping, she would rather start her enhanced training her instead of waste time watching a stranger fight though she knew full well that if she was to complete her task she would need to study this woman's moves eventually, for now, she would rather work her way up to match her in speed, precision, technique and her most favored attribute: strength.
