I highly disagree, especially since it's right there above the CS itself, so it should be the first thing you see when you copy the template. That said, pasting it to the bottom of your CS first thing before you start is the easiest thing in the world. Anyway, on to Horse...

I have to be 100% honest about Horse. I have absolutely no idea if you're trolling me right now, or if this character is completely serious. Frankly, that makes him an [i]amazing[/i] character for One Piece. It's like something that would come straight out of Oda's brain. I really like him from the initial concept, to the personality, to the quirks, ambition, everything. Now with that being said, I have a couple concerns that I do need to voice. I hadn't really planned on there being a "team pet" slot, thinking just of actual crew positions that needed to be filled. That, plus the limited number of slots, means that I can't approve Horse at this time because I need to make sure that all of the necessary positions are filled up first. My other primary concern is your post count. 13 posts over the course of 101 days... Doesn't exactly inspire much confidence in me as to your dedication. And with this being very much a team-based and relationship focused game, that dedication is an absolute must have. So here's my bottom line:

Horse will be approved if there are any of the 8 slots left once all major jobs are accounted for, so long as I have your sworn oath that you will maintain a strong presence in this game under penalty of being ridiculed for the rest of your life if you abandon it.
