I think you all forget Fran is inside the cramped cockpit of a Mecha with Miyu and Henry. All she needs to do is open a bottle of Love Potion #9 and she has a raunchy good time with no one able to escape.

Maybe Miyu still has that dog costume so she can be Henry's bitch again too.
