[@Dr Catfish] I do not think that barking and sitting on a chair during a meeting are the same. While sitting was definitely not required in his case and probably rather unusual for him, he still showed the second-in-command off in front of the whole crew and the captain and added a snarky comment that wasn't necessary. He kind of humiliated the boss in front of the whole crew. He went a little far there. He could have tried to seek a private conversation about the situation afterwards, but he chose to pull it off in front of all. And Rolands seems like someone who likes to be respected rather than joked about.

On another note: otherwise it wouldn't have been this entertaining!! It was quiet amusing to read. ;)
