"I guess it's kind of like exercise," Sam said as he finished the pattern, then bowed out of habit. He gave Jaiden a nod as he left, "alright man, I'll make sure the others know." Sam turned back to face Boxcar again and explain what he was doing, "it's from Tae-Kwon-Do, basically you do the moves and it's supposed to teach you proper form." It felt a bit strange explaining what he was doing to Boxcar, partly because Boxcar was a wolf, but mostly because Sam had never really explained his hobby to anyone else before so it was a strange experience. "The fire isn't required, I was just adding that in because it feels nice, y'know?" Sam immediately realized how dumb that question was, "no, I guess you wouldn't know." He walked over and sat next to the wolf, "do you ever feel like you're not in control of yourself Boxcar? Like if you don't work for it your instincts will just take over and you won't be able to stop yourself until it's too late and something bad has happened?" Sam sighed, creating a small fire in his hand, "that's what it's like for me. It's why I came here, to try and figure out if there's a way for me to not live in fear of myself." Sam snuffed out the flame and gave Boxcar a little smile, "sorry, that got a bit heavy, thanks for listening." He gave Boxcar a rub on the head then got up, "I'm gonna go to my room and get myself set up, you wanna come in, or are you gonna stay out here?"
