It was a clip from family guy. The one where the nurse runs into the room and shouts "Doctor house! If you're going to save this patient, you'll need this!" and then hands him a book that says 'The Rules' on it. Enraged, House roars "Get this thing AWAY FROM ME!" and chucks it through the window.
