The left and right rectangles are two really big halls. The left hall has been split between a bathroom and a lounge. The right is split between a kitchen and a dining hall.

The topmost rectangle is where Neil found the furnace. It is now an armory and a forge.

The small rectangles over the lines indicate doors.

The darker lines are the stairs that lead to the 2nd floor.

The left and right rectangles are also large halls similar to the halls on the 1st floor. They are now bedrooms for the guild members. Eight in total.

The darker lines are the stairs and balconies.

Again, the small rectangles over the lines are doors.
