[@SoleAccord]The design for Matsuri was that she was that pretty sociable girl in that she's easy to get along on the surface and has that natural charisma, easily friends with everyone on the surface level without antagonizing anyone. In hindsight, i probably should have just said Sociable, I'll rewrite that part now.
