[@AGenericUser] Hans sighed to himself as he considered how to best put the kid down that he was just as clueless as he was. In the end Hans really wasn't good at dealing with bizarre situations like this. It's one thing to be inquisitive. It's another to be involved in the paranormal. Whatever was going on was not something that Hans himself was particularly good at figuring out. He was good at thinking outside the box on practical situations. Not thinking outside the box in an already unfamiliar space. "Simply put my good sir is that I got here the same way. And no I don't know anything about the fog, or this place. This house looks like it's empty maybe it has some clues inside. I'm not going in though. I know horror movies like this usually have some sort of dumb monster inside looking for dumb kids to eat. I'd rather not end up in a horror film watched by dumb eight year olds." Hans informed the new kid rather exhaustively. He had put in so much work working out that he himself was now mostly spent.
