Devilstrider _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Devilstrider stood in his nightclub a few days after the behir incident. It was nice that he hadn't been eaten and that the giant had been there. He had sped off the moment it was done, choosing instead to go to his nightclub and crash in his office. His office was large, that had been the plan from the beginning. It doubled as his apartment. He didn't need much, you had the main room where his oak desk, filing cabinets, computers and such were located. Then you had the backroom which was where his bed, small kitchen, bathroom and entertainment was located. Wasn't large, just enough. Devilstrider didn't entertain much. No one wanted to really see him since he was a freak and all. So he delegated, as all smart managers should do. He made all the really big decisions and the rest he pawned off to his management staff. He was typing on his computer when there came a knocking on his door. Not looking up, he said, "Come in Nick." Nick was his lead manager, purely human and no special powers of his own. He was tall and skinny with bright blonde hair, blue eyes and a neat goatee. His hair was combed back and he wore a suit. He was the picture of professionalism. "What can I do for you, Nick?" Nick didn't seem to care that his boss was a freak. Since Devilstrider had saved his life, that was probably a good thing. "There's some folks here to see you boss." Devilstrider paused and looked up at that. That was new. He hardly ever had visitors. 'Show them in." He leaned back in his chair as Nick left and three men entered. They were all dressed in suits. The lead man had brown messy hair, brown eyes and a full beard. The one to his right was short and stocky with black hair and beady brown eyes. The one to his left was a tall broad shouldered fellow with bulging muscles and blonde hair. "What can I do for you gentlemen," Devilstrider asked them. The lead man spoke up, "We're here to talk business." Devilstrider sighed before saying, "Very well. Let's talk."
