Yeah I wasn't sure when I read that. I just wanted to make sure. Since I have a character in mind. Weaver. He was a fan fic character I designed in a Spiderman in a fan fiction.

Like I like Venom. But I always sort of didn't like Venom because he was just Peter Parker's bully and there was nothing to challenge his ideology. Weaver sort of an anti-hero much in the same as Venom was later, But his views of morality and right and wrong is different because of how he grew up.

And this whole downtown thing would totally work into the character.
