As much as a human does. If he can change into a human (which i dunno if he does) he can change into a demon too.
Though for fairness you should probably make him incapable of morphing into humans, otherwise he can defeat almost all non-caster characters by turning into a slightly stronger version of them when using his berserk ability, as i'm sure you've thought of too.
