His mother and father both belonged to two different agencies, both being very prestigious. After realizing his magical capabilities, Kato started to pay attention more in school and practice his magic more in hopes of one day joining a great agency where he can continue his families legacy. Living up to his parents expectations isn't easy, but he will try his hardest to meet them.
