Well the IC starts during the exam of new Dragon Cry members. We would prefer to have some characters who are just starting to join Dragon Cry. As we have the whole tournament to join the Guild. It would make it difficult for us to add your character later in the story. Not too difficult, but it better than saying "he's been here the whole entire time"
