But also lacks an important detail:
Because of how we're starting this, we won't be taking any new members once it's started. If you want to be part, you need to have your character done before the IC goes up, otherwise we will refuse your character, regardless of how much we may love it.

We will allow players to always make new characters, especially should something happen in the roleplay(there are life/death fights, so death is a possibility), but new players will not be accepted at any point once the roleplay starts.
