Why was there a shadow over her? She hadn't thought she was sitting under a tree. Trees shouldn't be indoors. So it probably wasn't a tree then, especially because it was talking to her. Trees didn't normally talk to her, and even if they did, she wasn't sure what she'd say to them. But, then again, she wasn't sure what she'd say to people who talked to her, either, so the problem was likely on her end. ...Oh, right. If he wasn't a tree, then he was probably a person. She looked up. There were indeed no trees to be found, but rather just a very, very tall boy with messy black hair. It looked soft and fluffy, though, rather than leafy and green, which was what she'd expected from a tree, or a tree person, or a person who just so happened to coincidentally remind her of a tree. It probably would have felt nice to pat his head, but sadly, he was simply too tall. Even if she was standing up, she'd probably have to stand on her tiptoes just to reach, and she was too sore right now to want to stand up anyway. Hmm... But Yoshida was fluffy too, and he was shorter than her. She reached over suddenly as Yoshida whined something about "romcom protags" and patted him on the head, ruffling his hair. It really was fluffy and soft. Now she could relax and turn her attention to the matter at hand. Right. The not-tree had been asking her how she'd managed to "slap up" the main character, which was probably Yoshida, because he had the main character seat and she hadn't fought anyone else, so unless he was mistaken and was talking to the wrong person, that was probably who he meant. But she hadn't ever slapped him... Although she had sucker punched him in the jaw, which might have looked like a slap from really far away. But to even see her and what she was doing at that distance... "You have really good eyes," Fumika said at last, her own eyes wide in obvious amazement. Then she stopped, though about it a moment, and then shook her head. "Or maybe you have really bad eyes... I didn't slap him, but I guess it might have looked like it either way." She shrugged. Now that that was addressed, he'd asked how she'd done it, so it was probably best to clarify that, next. "I punched and kicked him a couple of times, though. I also threw him through a wall and put him in a box. Well, it was actually more like I put the box on him, but then he was in it so it turned out the same either way. Oh, and then we played tug of war. Me and me and I won, but we also lost. But then I used Haruka's special move and the wire man and the shiny girl and a gasmask and...! and..." She trailed off and her antenna drooped suddenly. "And I can't actually remember anything after that, so I think then I passed out." She sighed. It was strange not being able to remember something that had happened to her. She liked taking naps, but burning herself out always just made her feel so... unnatural, she supposed. She was always able to remember things in perfect detail, but when she ran out of energy, her memories would always become hazy and unclear. Her father had told her that people normally remembered things that way all the time, and it was their Quirks that were special, but Fumika couldn't understand how people could recall anything that way. It was all so vague. She didn't like things to be vague. Everything was hard enough to understand as it was. Oh. Right. The not-tree who was actually a man who was really fluffy and tall was still here. She stared curiously up at him, wondering if there was something else he wanted. He was doing something strange with his hands, too... Fumika began fidgeting with her hands in mimicry of his own motions, because when he did it, it made some kind of strange cracking noise, but when she did it, the most she could manage was a faint pop, and she wanted to know why that was. It felt uncomfortable, though, so she stopped. And that unpleasant sound... Did that mean...? "Are your hands broken?" She asked innocently. "The sound they make is weird. You might want to have someone look at them." [@Artymis][@Zeroth]
