[@IceHeart] Yeaaaaah. I don't like the sound of that either. While I don't have the same IRL problems like [@Holy Soldier] will have, I think it will end up pretty boring when we have to just create everything on our own with you just pitching in here and there. How I look at it is you are the GM, you are basically god that controls all our situations. Just like actual RPs in a Table Top perspective, we are the Mages, Clerics, and Knights. I think we need to setup groups in a fashion with either alignment/Player Chosen/or GM chosen(Woah I know scary. Us not having 100% control of our character in OUR GM's game) being the deciding factor. Then we could organize the posting a bit if we have, lets say three different groups and you could lead us all in three separate instances. Of course we could occasionally interact with the other groups, but for the most part we should just be the group and the GM. If I were to do it. Id have some event drive players to one area(we basically all are around the mountains if I understand) with one event that splits us. It could be something like, what the players want to do. Some want to figure what is going on and possibly leave, some want to just play the game a bit maybe even establish a kingdom to make this new land theirs, and some have given up and just want live out their new life out in this world. Essentially made three different RPs for the world established. An adventure, A conquest battle heavy, and a tragic slice of life RP. All giving the players direction. But Hey! This is your show! I'm just giving my two cents.
