Victoria
"Hope you guys are writing this down...." Victoria finally turned her attention to the class, to see of course mingling, flirting, socializing. "Well...looks as if we're using up our free time now, so..." She continued on with the mundane aspects of the moon, and tides. As every subject goes, you kind of touch base on things from the year before and increase the difficulty throughout the year. Victoria hated that, cause usually there were a few students who had some comment to make on the fact that they 'already knew it', too which she responded 'yeah I teach this every year, your point?' But alas, that isn't very professional. She slid off of her desk, and walked around to the back of it. Turning the projector to the next bit, mapping - coordinates. She walked over to the bookcase, bending down to grab the larger globe of the several ones that adorned it. She turned back to the class, spinning on her heel and began to explain coordinates. After looking back up, and realizing she was still losing most of the class, she decided to end there. "Okay guys, I'm going to give you homework, or if you utilize the next...." She looked at the time, and realized she had already been droning on for a good portion of the class. "10 minutes, you can turn it in before leave. I've given you 7 coordinates. Tell me their locations. Then, bonus question - When are the tides the greatest, what is their effect? When at the tides the lowest, what is their effect?" She grabbed the stack of papers, and walked down each aisle placing the worksheet on each desk.
