[i]"Hm. No sun..? That's weird."[/i] Adelaide thought, extinguishing the small flame in her hands. Her cat Sammy jumped onto the couch, meowing a few times to show that he was hungry. "Yeah, yeah, I know. One sec."

After giving Sammy a bowl of food, she sat back down on her couch. [i]"Wait. The... people in a coma are awake? Damn, I kind of wished that Jakob would die. He's such an asshole."[/i] The radio went silent again, until that [i]annoying[/i] news guy came back, this time with news about the Meridian county police cars or whatever. 

She felt oddly calm about all this.

[i]"Hm.. the police will probably take care of this. Or some of those 'superheroes' people like to talk about."[/i] 

Adelaide stood up from the couch, and went into her room. It wasn't anything fancy, she mostly just slept on the couch anyways. She went to her closet, taking out a dark green tank top and shorts.
