Massive, oversized wrought iron gates encrusted in thick black paint groan open before you. They're covered in softly shimmering dark emerald ivy that had carefully interwoven itself over what seemed to be many years. Above the now mostly open gates is an equally large arch filled with beautifully crafted letters declaring this place before you to be Riverswell Estate. Laid out in front of you is a dark grey asphalt drive, it disappears out of sight into the darkened shadows that the canopies of the innumerable massive trees that dot the yard every several yards. The sun only peaks through in brilliant smatterings of freckles along the dark green and perfectly manicured lawn. You've been waiting for this for months. You learned months ago when strange occurrences began happening around you. Some of the others arriving had it much easier, both their parents were around. They knew what they were and are coping much more easily with their somewhat forced stay at the estate.

Welcome, my young friends, to Riverswell Estate,
Riverswell serves as the one and only University catering to the needs of young demi-gods and other supernatural hybrids. It is a place that demi-gods and hybrids who are learning to control their newly arising powers and gifts can come to safely gain control and become adept at using their abilities for the betterment of themselves and those around them. 
I'm so glad all of you have made the choice to come here and making the first steps to bettering yourselves. I firmly believe it will prove to be one of the best decisions of your young lives.

This roleplay will be a casual and lightly plot based one revolving around the lives of the students that are attending the University that is at the estate. They will be young adults, 19 to 24 who are either demi-gods (human x God) or supernatural x human hybrids. In this roleplay we will presume that any and all hybrids do not gain any major benefits from their lineage until after puberty. It starts off sporadically and builds steadily. When the individual reaches a certain level of maturation in their powers or they become dangerous they are sent, sometimes partially against their will to Riverswell. The characters will be focusing on growing and completing the maturation of their powers. Soon after the start of the roleplay it will come into light that there have been some students disappear from the estate. It will be up to the students to become strong enough to help find their missing classmates.
