While I love the concept and I'm definitely interested... The effort you put in the rules and even the end of the CS sheet with the 
'[color=red]I agree to follow the rules for this RP and understand that if I do not follow the rules, the GM or Co-GM may kick me out of this Roleplay.[/color]' and the subtle stalking on our accounts is kinda off putting. You have every right to have the rules set and almost all of them are not unique compared to most of the RPs out there. Just kinda foreshadows the type of GM you are. If I accidentally use the wrong there, will I'll get corrected and then kicked off the RP and lose the two-three hours I spent on that Advanced level CS?
