If we're getting into Nasuverse lore, there are actually very strong modern Servants around due to their actual feats they accomplished in life. Archer Nikola Tesla has an EX Noble Phantasm, for example, due to "bringing about the second coming of the Age of Gods." This, added with the part where Hitler was said to have in his possession the Holy Lance of Longinus (which in Fate lore, was equal to [url=http://typemoon.wikia.com/wiki/Rhongomyniad]Ol' Rhongo,[/url]) Hitler would probably be a formidable side-boss sort of Servant, at the most.
