Of course he's also determined, charismatic and trusting, but these are in a way balance by being a little dense at times as well. He is witty and charming or he likes to think he is. He's the son of a god of Beauty and thus he is used the stares and looks that he gets. After twenty years of staring, Owen has learned to use it. Most mortals start stammering as soon as they see him. Owen is not arrogant with his power. He just tries to act like a normal. However, he is gay and will hit on all of the guys. His father is the god of Homosexuals. Of course he will be gay. Owen also seems to love playing games and he usually wins.
Hobbies:

Horticulture: Owen has a green thumb in every sense of the word. Flowers just brighten around him. He tries to make all kinds of flowers.
Sword Fighting: His father decided that he needed to learn how to fight and thus Owen was taught how to fight by Huitzilopochtli. The Aztec pantheon does not get a lot of demigods after the fall of the empire and Owen was rare. He could decapitate a horse with one swing and he keeps his sword ready for something.
Games: His father's gifts allow him to win at almost any game. The Aztecs would pray to him for luck and Owen got some of that luck. His idea of fun is robbing a casino of what it was worth using just his smile. He keeps at Patolli board in his room. Owen was taught to always honorable when fighting and seems to go out of his way not to kill. It is clumsy to kill an enemy.

Flower Control: Owen can make flowers do what he wants. If he focuses enough, he can get the flower to do things it could not do such as a rose that can knock someone out if they smell it. He is still working on it.
Beauty: He can sometimes make it so people are stunned by how he looks. The person sees something so beautiful that they have to stare at it.
Lucky: Owen is rather lucky if he focuses on it. He has no idea how to use this right now but he can win most games of chance just by looking at the game. He doesn't know if he can use it anywhere else.

Backstory: Owen does not know much about his past. All he knows is:

His mother died when he was born due to the stress of giving birth to him.
