I noticed this wasn't answered, so I'll tell you what I know as I've made one as a NJP (Non Joint Player Character) and sat in while another player asked questions. Also a lot of the information is in the chatroom in the Lore channel which I believe might help you. From what I recall asking Yosh and Cel about it, Prae are a bit indoctrinate culture wise and their main focus is having motives to benefit their race as a whole rather than individual desires. This also could've changed with time in Medius as they aren't surrounded by their race or that benefit the race attitude.  

To be honest, we have all sorts from shy, timid characters to jaded immortals to strict mafia businessman to eccentric shopkeeper to naive Licentia to Traditional Prae and even a mentally unstable Prae. So feel free to go wild. :P
