1. The GMs will be making assignments and missions for the antagonist characters throughout the RP, but while those are not going on feel free to do something else. Whether it be something that happened in your backstory, or just other ways of terrorizing Medburn.

2. Different Power level varies, as it would only make sense, but everyone can progress in power as time moves on.
