This clears up more things than it should.

Also, BS didn't make the deal, but it was implied that he could still control the roses without the deal, although he'd have little power over them as he would effectively only have the [i]rose[/i] part of a [i]blood rose[/i]. If he had made the deal, we wouldn't be in this situation.

Edit: In any case, BS is tired of being useless, and he's coming in with power for this fight.
