Yeh. I was mainly referring to techno/d&b as what "the kids" like to listen to when they go clubbing, insinuating that there is a revival of the rave scene, but there is always variation in music. There's more variation in music, too, as would be expected as time goes on. You have new genres like "priest punk", "thug tech", "corp-core", "neo-moon", "neo-spacian", "thug chiptune", "thug pop", "sewer blues", "nü-bigband", "fun rap", "thot rock", "respect rock", "politic metal", "nice rap", "bully soul", "RSO (registered sex offender) rap", "hyperfolk", "desert rap", "plant-core", "jupiter jazz", "floor chiptune", "asmr grunge", "asmr metal", "obese techno", "skinny trance", "foot techno", and many more. Those are just a few of the new genres that have popped up over the years.
