[b][color=#0099ff]Life In Red Lake:[/color][/b] Jenna was adopted not more than a week after she was born. While her birth mother wanted to name her Jenna Jones, she ended up being named after her adoptive father, George. It gave her the middle name of Georgie and it seemed to stick, as for as long as anyone could remember, she acted incredibly like him. He was a homicide detective from Philadelphia who fell in love with Annie, a school administrator from Red Lake. She was in town for an education convention, and they had a whirlwind romance. George ended up relocating for Annie, moving to her hometown of New Castle, Pennsylvania. 

It was a few years into their marriage that they gave birth to twins, only the female twin didn't make it. They were distraught but decided to give the chance to an abandoned child, one who could help the fill the hole of what they lost. They adopted Jenna and named her Gwendolyn Georgie, with their biological son being named Jason George. The couple kept Gwen's adoption a secret, with everyone else believing that Gwendolyn Georgie and Jason George were twins.

They were polar opposites, with Gwen acting more masculine, and Jason acting more feminine. She loved cops and playing in the mud and cars, while Jason enjoyed baking and playing the piano. A bit of an exaggeration, Annie always claimed, but it was true nonetheless. George and Annie wanted the best for their children, and a small town seemed to be perfect. They ensured that their children would have every opportunity, with Jason eventually heading off to a prestigious boarding school to jumpstart his career in music. Gwen, meanwhile, was allowed to come with her father to the station and apply for an internship, as she had determined she wanted to follow in his footsteps and become a detective.

It was when she was sixteen that Gwen received a letter from a woman claiming to be her birth mother. A confrontation with her parents led to the secret coming out, with Gwen emerging from the confusion a few days later, wanting to go by her birth name of Jenna Jones. This, quite understandably, hurt her parents deeply and so they came up with a compromise--if she still wanted to change it when she was eighteen, she could do it then. It was confusing enough correcting her teachers and classmates to use her "real" name of Jenna, with many still messing up and calling her Gwen. 

[b][color=#0099ff]Thoughts On Riley Walker:[/color][/b] Jenna has known Riley since she was little, given that the two of them are in the same grade in a very small town. To her, it's incredibly surreal to think that something happened to Riley. Her internship with the police department has demonstrated to her that threats still happen in small towns, but this wasn't a faceless victim on the missing signs. It was someone that she knew. It throws her off slightly, but also gives Jenna some motivation to try to sneak a peak at any evidence the cops have found and to grill her adoptive father at dinner about it all. 

[b][color=#0099ff]Thoughts On The Murder:[/color][/b] Now given that Jenna didn't really have any personal connection to the mayor, beyond her mother donating money to his campaign a few years back, his murder didn't faze her at all. Instead, it struck her as curious. It was obviously hinting towards the age old quarrel in Red Lake, but that had been settled decades ago. Why bring it up now? And why wait for the Full Moon? Part of her wonders if the Mayor was picked as a victim in order to terrify white people with talk of curses.

She spiraled a fair deal and Olivia was one of the people who decided to be there for her, becoming a fiercely protective and caring friend that Jenna cherishes to this day. She's one of the few people Jenna has no qualms about sharing her feelings with.

If there is anyone in Red Lake that Jenna would want to keep in touch with after she turns eighteen and gets to move away, it'd be Abraham.

Jenna knows that Jeanna is an FBI agent and not much else.

They both enjoy mysteries and with Jenna's access to the police department records, things tend to work out for them. Plus, it doesn't hurt that Jenna's adoptive father distrusts Finley, causing Jenna to like the girl even more out of spite and rebellion.

If she thinks on it for a while, there's a chance that he was the one who helped her when she sprained her wrist camping once. But then again, it just as easily could have been someone else at the clinic.

Leo is about as outgoing as Jenna is reserved and it definitely shows. The minute he met her, he decided that the two of them would be friends. Unlike most people, the goofball took the time to get to know her, forcing Jenna to let him see the real her. Now, the pair of them are hiking buddies and enjoy the great outdoors together. It's an unlikely friendship, but it works.

With Cassie's abrasive personality and Jenna's lack of motivation to get to know people, the two formed concrete opinions of each other easily. Jenna doesn't know why Cassie is the way she is, but to her it doesn't matter. If it looks like a bitch, acts like a bitch, and walks like a bitch...well, then it's a bitch. Pure and simple.

The pair of them enjoy hanging out together, though hanging out doesn't mean interacting. They often will be in the same room, with Lydia playing her guitar and Jenna reading a book. It's how they enjoy to spend time together.

Additionally, they're fluent in sarcasm as well. It made for an easy friendship to fall into, as well as one that includes plenty of time in the company of dogs.

She admires Kosara and figures that she would enjoy to spend more time with her in the future. All while discussing hypotheticals, of course.

Maybe they'll get along in the future, maybe they won't. It's all up in the air as far as Jenna is concerned. All she knows is Amanda's name and a general description of what she looks like.
