There is a clear distinction being made for the purpose of deducing a method to overcome Helena's defense. By stating what it is [i]not[/i] is meant to make matters easier for RPers to deduce by eliminating false leads. However, what you choose to consider it as in practice is ultimately your decision and if Brute Force is what you desire, have at it.
