Lucio laughed when her sister had shouted out the acknowledgment of vampires. “I would stop by your house and introduce myself to your father, but I have errands to attend to.” He paused a moment watching her walk up onto the porch. She was pretty cute for her age. He hadn’t really thought about her until now. His focus was elsewhere. He had to get this job done. “Yes actually. I heard people say that there would be some kind of event in this town.” He noticed her distaste for the ball but he figured he’d tried to distract her from the negative side of the royal ball. “Have you ever thought about leaving?” He asked then added, “I just got done visiting Hadrian’s Wall. It’s been 100 years since they had rebuilt some of those forts. It was quite the site to see. Roman Emperor Constantius II is rumored to come visit Britain.” He smiled. “I don’t know when that will happen though.” He looked around at the scenery then back at her, “Balls aren’t always about competition, just have fun, dance, and drink.” He said slightly laughing, “I’ll show you what I do for events like these if we see each other there?”
