[@Vortex] You bring up a very valid point and to add to it, the Dragonborn DLC allowed you to go to a part of Morrowind, Solstheim if I'm not mistaken. So I don't see why we couldn't have that, considering that Solstheim was close enough to Skyrim to take a boat to and from.
