Yes sir or ma'am. 

I have never been a RP where letting one of the other member's PCs lead go well. I am the GM, I have for the most arcs and plots and things set in motion on my handy daddy web. And most members are too timid to lead a team without overstepping what the GM will setup.

Had a Teen Titans RP die because I decided not to play the team lead and it crashed and burned because the member was too timid and didn't really know how to lead.

Not all the Arcs are solid for example;

I ask for the depth in the sheets I do because I love to add character Arcs. So prepare for a Demon Arc, or prepare for me to come up to you and ask you guys questions about the past.

And bring people up to Haunt your characters.

Because to me a RP is a collaborative story. And everybody should be involved in the storytelling process.
