[@FrozenEcstasy] Not his purview. Your character is a revenant - that's practically a second shot at life. It's also why I added the hour-glass thing, to give players that use "dead" characters an excuse not to be instant victims. 

Basically, you can just say that it isn't your characters time yet, and he's instantly immune to Lazarus.

EDIT: To elaborate, life and death are pretty fucked up concepts at this time (as I understand from the lore); Reaper's Scythe makes it so that he can instantly kill those that are already dead, but cannot even touch those that are not scheduled to die.
