[@Cu Chulainn]If you're forgetting I'm a gm too. I'm not sure about him being able to use Centauro Fantasma in his current state. He's a lancer not a rider though I will not take issue with him possessing the rider's skill. 

Ōllin Tōnatiuhrm seems fine though I'm not sure if it would reach Balmung levels. He is by your own admission a lesser known conquistador. Siegfried's Balmung is major legendary sword out of germany.
