Morgan had to guess that that was the rune of Uruz. He had read about the runes during his stay in his room. People were eating muffins, and he had to admit that he kind of wanted to eat some. Kind of. And then the Blessed, Clifton, greeted him. Morgan offered no response, as none was needed. The last time he had seen Clifton, it had been when he was pinned on the floor and as he was being injected with the serum that put him to sleep when they had taken him away. No one else had seemed to notice him, which Morgan was quite used to in his life. He had to admit though, that he had hoped it wouldn't have happened this time. When he had first started doing track, no one knew he was on the team for weeks. When he started doing gymnastics and martial arts, they had forgotten to bill him for a while because they thought he wasn't coming to lessons. That was fun. It seemed that there were more people in the room than necessary, as most seemed suspicious of a girl who had not identified herself. Then again, Morgan hadn't identified himself. But he hadn't needed to, with no one sensing his presence. Maybe, this time, it was because everyone was older than him. That was probably the reason. That, or just because of all the reasons before; he was small, scrawny, and strange. And so he made no attempts to be noticed until he needed to be.
