As the announcement began Marabel was beginning to calm down from her momentary panic. She took a deep breath and leaned against a wall, tucking a stray deadlock behind her ear and observing her fellow student. They were a diverse group, for certain. She'd never seen so many different types of people in one place, and such bright characters. Each of them stood out to her; each unique with their own strange sort of defining feature. It was interesting to watch them interact. Especially from a side line point of view. 

The promise of breakfast was more exciting than she'd like to admit. The thought of it made her belly grumble in anticipation. Her mouth twisted in embarrassment and she looked anywhere but at someone. 

[color=f49ac2]"Wait, we're goin' to be using our powers on [i]teachers?[/i]"[/color] Marabel muttered, then grimaced oddly. [color=f49ac2]"I've come full circle."[/color] She zipped up her jacket and shoved her hands in her pockets, but stayed at her place against the wall. She'd let everyone else exit first so that she wouldn't get trampled. She didn't need a repeat of the last day of school in previous years.
