The way I see it, if you chose to reject completely returning to your past, your stats will look like this:
STR = 1/2
END = 1/2
DEX = 1/2
SPI = 1

If you instead chose to become completely whole again, they'll look like this:
STR = 1
END = 1
DEX = 1
SPI = 0
