[u][b]DESCRIPTION          [/b][/u]
[indent]An agent of Horizon Frontiers. His father was one of the founders. When he died, his son scrambled to take his place, despite lack of proper knowledge or training, and his general youth. Practically the only feature that allowed him to join was that he was a relatively experienced Nomad, who had been wandering the world out of boredom until he could fill his dad's shoes. Horizon Frontiers desperately needed Ki to sample, so he subjected himself to constant painful extractions and surgeries. Now, his ability to use Ki is severely weakened. He can't even qualify as a Nomad, as even the smallest exertions of Ki are painful to him. Should he use too much Ki in one sitting, he  might actually die. With most of his Ki extracted and his body exhausted beyond repair, his use to Horizon Frontiers is steadily crumbling. Recovering SYM-04 just may be his ticket that he's still useful.[/indent]

[u][b]SPECIAL MOVES          [/b][/u]

[indent][u]■ Thunder Punch[/u]
[indent]Rod dashes forward after infusing his fist with Ki, causing it to crackle wildly with lightning. If he punches an opponent, they'll be harshly electrocuted. [/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■ Ki-Dodge Style[/u]
[indent]Arguably his strongest maneuver still available. He infuses his entire bodily reflexes with Ki, allowing him to move his entire body, no longer how late he reacts to an attack. It can only be used as a preparation to a suspected attack, and at his current state, will completely immobilize him for an increasing time with every time it is used. Currently, he will be paralyzed for 3 minutes after he uses it.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■ Finger-Gun[/u]
[indent]Rod focuses all of his Ki into the tip of his finger, and shoots it in a miniature bolt of lightning towards his opponent. He can only use this attack five times in a short period of time, requiring an hour to recharge each use. If he uses it with all uses exhausted, he will experience intense physical pain with every other use. [/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■ Thunder Pressure[/u]
[indent]Rod jabs his opponent in their chest region, with Ki-infused fingertips. The lightning will dance into his opponent, writhing violently, causing his opponent to be immobilized. Holding it for too long will fizzle it, and use it on himself.[/indent][/indent]

[indent][u]■ Thunderball[/u]
[indent]The last trick in the hole. Rod channels all of his Ki into a spherical object, about the size of a basketball, entirely made of Lightning. He then hurls it at his opponent, dealing massive damage and paralyzing them. The downside, is that this move has a 50% chance of actually killing him. If he does survive, he will be completely weakened for 3 hours.[/indent][/indent]
