He's very tall at about 6'3 and he has a very thick and quite muscular build but not TOO MUCH. Yet, he can be an imposing presence when you add in the tattoos and hair. But, he's really a big softie.[/hider]

> [b]Imaginative[/b], as he's able to come up with lots of ideas for designs and such. While he may not be the most intelligent in regards to science or something, he is a very talented individual in regards to art or being able to come up with Out-Of-The-Box ideas.
> [b]Protective[/b]. Despite his outward appearance, he does care a lot about those around him. (Mama bear-esc, if you will.)
> [b]Observant[/b]. He is very aware of his surroundings and the people around him. He picks up on things.
> [b]Daring[/b]. He doesn't really care much for norms and tends to go along with everything usually. But, he really isn't afraid to say what he wants or do what he wants.
> [b]Curious[/b]. He is actually a very curious person and he finds people fascinating so he enjoys just hanging around the others and just seeing what they're up to.

[b][u]Background[/u][/b]:
[b]A[/b] lot of it is known only to Klaus. However, he has been open about a few things in regards to his past.

[b]He'd[/b] always been a loner, preferring to watch others from afar rather than join in and actually socialize. Because of this, he doesn't have many social skills. He'd always had an interest in parkour and was always a fast runner, gaining the nickname of “Speed” from the few friends he did have. He'd taught himself how to use a bow back when he was just a teenager. At first, it was to impress a girl BUT it ended up turning into a passion of his. 

[b]And[/b] then, after the crisis and after everything went to shit, he realized he had to become a protector. After all, at this point, he had a family to take care of. (Wife and a baby girl.) So, he became obsessed with learning as he practiced mild self defense on the side but focused primarily on his bow and on his parkour skills. But, after some tragedy he doesn't like to talk about, he was able to expand that desire to protect into a much broader range. And thus, he became a part of Devil's Runners.

[b][u]Pros[/u][/b]:
✩ Faster Runner: [i]He is naturally a very fast runner, fastest around you could say. He's able to run for a long time and not get tired, a useful skill in case you need to run and parkour somewhere to escape.[/i]
✩ Sharpshooter: [i]Even if he may have no experience with a gun, he has PLENTY with a bow and arrow. While it could be considered primitive by some idiots, he's actually very good with it. With a sharp eye, he has no issue shooting some from [Insert-Awesome-Distance] feet away. Besides, he isn't really the confrontational type unless he has to be.[/i]

[b][u]Quirks[/u][/b]:
➷ Eh?: Apart from his bow and arrows AND the swiss army knife he keeps on him, he has no training in any other weapon. Sure, it may not seem like a big deal BUT, if you're in the middle of a battle and you run out of arrows and no one's close enough to tackle and stab... well... Klaus is kinda out of luck and is as good as fucked.

➷ Social Stuff Sucks: Due to his very socially awkward nature most of his life, he hasn't really learned how to communicate with people. And no, being able to tell someone what they did for the last 5 hours based off of their shoes is not a good start to a conversation these days. Honestly, it's a miracle he managed to even HAVE a wife. But, yeah. He can't lie for shit and can swindle... nobody.

[b][u]Habits[/u][/b]:
❧ Smoking: Yeah, Klaus is an avid smoker. Most of the time you see him, he has a cigarette in his hand in fact. Sure, he has enough decency to put it away when around those who don't like it BUT it's still a thing of his you should be aware of.
❧ Boredom: He gets bored very easily and when he gets bored? He tends to draw on stuff. Carving, painting, drawing, etc. I mean, he's pretty good at it if we're being honest here BUT he still can't control his hands whenever he has nothing to do. There's a reason there's so many carvings and sprawled out art everywhere the group goes. Most likely, it's from Klaus.

[b][u]Equipment[/u][/b]:
❁ Gas Mask. Standard. Everyone has it.
❁ Pack of cigarettes. Typically placed in his pocket for convenient use.
❁ Golden lighter. Either for cigarettes or in case fire is needed to help detonate something. And he likes fire, of course.
❁ Bow & Arrows. An upgraded compound bow and 2 quivers, both holding 30 arrows, all used by Klaus himself.
❁ Swiss Army Knife. While he may not be the BEST close-combat fighter, he can hold his own for a bit and has little issue playing dirty to get ahead in a fight like that.
❁ Flask. Tends to keep a flask on the inside of his jacket. Inside of it? Whiskey. He doesn't drink often BUT it's basically the Apocalypse. Alcohol is kind of the thing, ya know?

[b][u]Relationships[/u][/b]:
✩ [b]Liam:[/b] "Liam? Uh, he's a pretty cool guy. I mean, of course, we spend most of our time either drinking or reading together in silence but... it's nice... he's just... a really cool guy."

✩ [b]Flamel:[/b] "Flamel... he's an interesting guy... I mean, I know you'd think we may not get along that well but... he's interesting and I know he's got my back. What else do I really ask for in this case?"

✩ [b]Deadeye:[/b] "Kian? Ah, Kian. I know I've been called... protective. Heh, I think it's kind of my 'Dad' instincts sticking around and all that... But Kian? I don't know. We both get along well and are able to bond over a multitude of things. Mostly our weapons. But... he's fascinating... and kind... And optimistic... it's a rarity these days, you see... And I want him to stay that way for as long as I can... easy."

✩ [b]Newt:[/b] "Ah, Newt? She's uh... haha... she's interesting, to say the least. Wonderful on field and a force to be reckoned with. Outside of it? Well... she likes pushing buttons, specifically mine. Good thing I'm not a hot-head or else... well... this might've been a very different entry. But she's a good girl... I like her."

✩ [b]Loki:[/b] “Ah, she is quite fascinating. Unpredictable and intriguing yet quite arrogant. Of course it's interesting to see her in action but I do feel concern over her. Confidence is all well and good but... too much can be dangerous. I keep an eye on her. She actually reminds me of someone... from my past, of course.”

✩ [b]Teach:[/b] “Teach? I actually have a bit of a soft spot for the older man. He reminds me of my father... you know, before everything went to shit? He's probably one of the only people in our group that I don't have to worry about to much, even though I still do... I respect him.”

✩ [b]Boomer:[/b] “Boomer? Uh... haha... she's... something, isn't she? I don't know, she's very skilled in battle and she even makes a pretty good leader. I respect her quite a bit, I'd say.”

✩ [b]Doc:[/b] “He's actually a really big help, I'd say. He reminds me of some of the characters from old games I used to play with my siblings. Every group needs a healer. Even if he isn't the best, I know that I'd probably be dead without him. Hell, we'd all be dead without him. I mean... I'm sure me putting a band aid on it won't stop a bullet wound, you understand?”
