Yeah, something akin to that. In the AU of this, the Tyrells were at least able to fight back- the events of the Sept happened, but Highgarden was never sacked. It's why the House is so powerful as it is- it's able to still go toe to toe with the Lannisters, and people like Garlan weren't taken completely off-heading by the Lannister armies. Effectively, they survived and didn't actually get completely disembowled as a house.
