Heidi was right. There was no way that those kids weren't going to murder all of the guards in the facility. There were probably some staff members waiting for something like this to get the kids out. Best case scenario, alkali-transigen is revealed to be a mutant farming lab, company is shut down indefinitely. Worst case scenario, people misinterpret mutant kids escaping a lab in Mexico as some mutant riot, flaring tensions between the two species. Shawn could see the ultimatum in Heidi's eyes and words. At least she had a better plan of action for right now than he did. He closes his eyes and took a deep breath. Killing was the last thing on his mind, and he needed the finesse of a surgeon to pull off this cool looking move. His arm shot out straight forward, his fingers pointed to the president. A small bolt of electricity shot out from his fingertips and his the older gentleman in the neck. His eyes closed almost immediately, his body succumbing to gravity. Shawn waited a moment before walking over to him and kneeling down over him. "I just knocked him out." He felt the man for a pulse, which he still indeed had. It would be so easy with his mutation to kill him. Fry his brain with only a finger. Shawn still refused. The guards were out of his control, but this man needed to suffer for his crimes against mutant kind in the land of the living. He stood back up, and the alarms started to blare. The plan was in motion again. Even from this chamber of an office they could hear screams and yells of anger and even glee. Thudding sounds and clanging sounded rung out through the halls. "I guess that's our que." shawn smiled. The morally difficult part of the mission was over. Now they just need to break out everyone who was still locked up, and get out. Laura was quiet. At least she could kill some guards. It wouldn't be the same, but it was still something. The new her would live a life entirely unique to her, and Logan would live a long life. Charles... there was no telling. She just hoped that they meddled with time enough to spare some of the xmen from a sudden death. He was about to bolt out of the room before realizing that the wall of concrete was still there. "Uh. Once the door opens, we can start knocking heads, right?" Cable nodded sternly. "Olinda, if you'd please make a door for us, consider this next part your entrance exam to get into the Xavier Academy."
