Pure, violent, raging, unadulterated chaotic war. For the passed 2000 years two countries have rivaled against one another always in competition. Never has it ever got so perturbed as recently, in which both are after each other's necks, but it is happening! Soldiers are gearing up and preparing to tear into the other country with everything they have; the patriotism making a man put everything they have into this conflict. 

To the North there is Ghosnenite the Country of Magic and to the South there is Alexandria the Country of Science who both have held a complicated 2000 year truce in which they have, very strained, benefited from each other. However, with the appearance of a pair of [b]clowns[/b] and the moon turning Azul blue, the President of Alexandira and King of Ghosneite have both decided, as of today, they are going to brutally annihilate the other country and all their generals are on board! Any disagrees? Beheaded! Anyone that dares to question the leadership seems to miraculously end up dead or missing...

Some are ecstatic about the chance to finally show who is the better country and it grows worse as each country perform violent and inhumane terrorists attacks on small villages and cities to stir the emotions of the common people...Which are always conveniently recorded and broadcast in the opposed country. The war is inevitable. They blame everything on the other country; the fighting, the moon, their IBS, why the air is so dry, etc. to the point of near mania. In fact, people are quickly growing more and more crazed as the violent increases. 

What people are not seeing is the manipulation of the King and the President, who the true masterminds are behind this war and its purpose as well as why the moon truly is blue. Soon the entire world is about to shake by a war that it cannot handle and it, if the true evil is not stopped, it will case an end to the entire world.

The plot simplified. If there is a bit of interests I will draft up some more detail, geographical info, and throw in some big names. 

This Rp you should make powerful characters, but even if you don't it will still be plenty fun~

Science vs Magical, essentially. By that, Alexandria has future-end tech such as lasers, grenade launchers and nukes. You can make a character ripped right out of Splinter Cell with his snipe game at 110%. To the opposite, magic is prolific in Ghosnenite and they can use magic to do things such as raise the living dead to throw lava or lightning at someone's home. There is no happy medium, it's either magic or science. Using a scientific vial to regenerate a lost limb or conjure a dragon from an from dirt and trees is all within the realms of both these countries. 

Limitations will be on what your character carries, their stamina, and they should have appropriate strengths and weaknesses. I will most certainly disapprove of god-like abilities, but shoot for near best! 

Naturally, the main plot is not the main plot, so keep that in mind or your character could end up dead~
