Honestly, I think there isn't a base per se. They're working as a cell, but the place they're going to will be deeper in the Green Mountains and is probably a prepared location for guerrillas. Stockpiled supplies. So they'll be getting of the beaten road.

It's probably not fair to call it a base. More like a hole, a place to hide. It might have a stove and some cots, but it's rugged.
