What about your plantations? Trade negotiations. How about in the castles or for the gentry? For the equal race kingdom. You could easily setup like they do in other works. Names that reflect class. The Noble Elves in high power, gain more complex names to show their worth and superiority. While the Common Elves in no position of power could have rudimentary names. And depending on who you have decided to be the slave labor in the human environment, slave names.
