Hmm, well, I imagine buffing the bow to be possible, although as mentioned it kinda already can replicate several thousand minibombs/poisonous/paralyctic arrows thanks to her skill allowing her to equiup substances to her arrows. Just think: a few thousand arrows flying with Locusta's venom, that is quite fun~!

Well, for now you can go ahead with summoning as soon as I approve [@Grey], since I plan on accepting Khan regardless of any future buffs or nerfs to any of her skills or NPs. On that note,

While I again stress to everyone that the available information on circuits is quite limited, I'd imagine that a max capacity somewhere in the range of 300-600 units would be normal for the heir to a noble or high house, whereas 1000 units or above is a once-in-a-generation talent like Rin (don't ask me where Luvia slots into this because I'll be fucked if I know). Lower it to Ayondale/Morgana/Albert levels or below (250-500 units) and raise her Od unless you have a good reason for it being so low, then you'll be good to go ^^
