You can mock, belittle, poke fun at, or whatever else you choose the statements, but until you can provide me evidence otherwise, this seems to be firmly in the realm of fact rather than fiction. No less, I have not yet seen one "Deep State" argument here or discussion about any of this which [i]is[/i] conspiracy theory. Unless you can point it out, but I doubt it is there.
