When the shadow crawled up the side of the building, Katia growled in annoyance. It seemed these mindless foes were beginning to adapt to her strategies. That's less than ideal. Katia swung her staff towards the dark spot that dared to rush her, intending to send the shadow flying from the roof. 

Should the fist strike be successful, Katia's intentions were simple: help the less-than-intelligent wizard via a roundhouse kick to his foe's noggin. On the other hand, should her first strike not fell the shade that accompanied her, the second most definitely would. [color=ed1c24]"They're adapting! This isn't good!"[/color] she called out as her final blow landed.
