However, the truth is Victor can use his power in at least 8 minute but when he saw Libert is tired, he decided to stop and hide his real power limit. [color=0072bc]"Fewwwwww, but it is tired when countinue moving"[/color] he thinks and sits down next to Arthur and Libert.
