So, recently I had an idea about a Fallout inspired RP, that would take place in an area that hasn't been explored much in the lore:

Alaska.

We know that the Chinese invaded Alaska before the war to end all wars, but we certainly haven't visited there, and with a nuclear winter, it's likely that it would have got even colder. No Brotherhood of Steel, no Enclave. Just tribes, racism and nature, all battling against each other to survive this most difficult of apocalypses.

Essentially, this would be <10 years post bombs. The Nuclear Winter hasn't subsided yet, and temperatures routinely reach -50 degrees below freezing. The modern world is still known to people, and they're determined not to lose what little heritage they have. To make matter worse, elements of both the US and Chinese military are still in the area, and both have claims to the wasteland.
